Finance Manager - Construction/Oil and Gas

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading organization in the UAE. This is a great opportunity with a well-established and fast-growing entity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, managing large teams, and driving efficiency in a multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and processes.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management for business decision‑making.Manage a large and diverse team, fostering collaboration and professional development.Ensure effective implementation and utilization of financial systems and tools.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and banks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred).Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.Proven track record of leading and motivating large teams within multicultural organizations.Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Based in the UAE (location details will be shared with shortlisted candidates).Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to our website - www.blackpearlconsult.com.
