OverviewJob Title: Finance ManagerDepartment: Finance DepartmentReporting to: CFOLocation: UAE, DubaiJob briefWe are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.ResponsibilitiesPerform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.Mediate between the company, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.Requirements and skillsProven experience as a Financial Manager for 3 to 5 yearsExperience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analystExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsProficient user of finance softwareStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAble to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being usedA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsBS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
