These solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales and more.Amazon Ads seeks a Finance Manager to lead EMEA Ads Sales Finance. This role is the primary Finance partner to the General Manager of EMEA and sits on the EMEA Ads Leadership team.A successful candidate will operate independently in a rapidly growing and evolving business. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable building and refining financial models as they are with challenging and refining business strategies.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the short and long‑term revenue forecasts for EMEA AdsPartner closely with the EMEA Ads GM and EMEA Ads leadership teamPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviewsRepresent Amazon Ads EMEA to internal stakeholder teams across Ads Finance, Stores Finance, FP&A, Legal, Accounting and Tax teamsOptimize and prioritize investments based on a deep understanding of the EMEA Ads landscape across industry verticals, agency partners and advertiser growth trajectoryA Day in the LifeThis role will be the leader of EMEA Ads Sales Finance and will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders across locales, functions and levels.About the TeamThis role is part of an international and decentralized team supporting over 30 recently launched Ads businesses across Asia, Europe, North and South America and Australia.Qualifications5 years in multiple finance and accounting roles6 years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses6 years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making6 years creating process improvements with automation and analysisBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or equivalent quantitative background (engineering, process re‑engineering, quality assurance)6 years identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, pinpointing root causes and implementing escalation plans6 years solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements or customer benefits)MBA or CPAKnowledge of SQL/ETLExperience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis and interpreting resultsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
