Scope of WorkThe candidates will be responsible for driving operational discipline, budget integrity, and financial planning across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processesOversee commercial agreements, vendor relationships, and contract complianceDevelop cost efficiency frameworks and financial dashboards for leadershipSupport new business modelling, investment planning, and revenue trackingManage procurement, budget controls, and expenditure workflowsReview pricing structures, proposals, and financial terms with external clientsAlign financial strategies with the company’s strategic goals and risk appetiteSupport audits, regulatory compliance, and internal governanceAdvise the CEO on financial positioning, risks, and cost optimizationBuild systems and processes that ensure transparency, accountability, and scalabilityPrepare and process monthly payrollRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.5+ years of experience in financial management, planning, or budgeting.Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and cost control.Experience managing procurement, vendor contracts, and commercial agreements.Solid understanding of audits, compliance, and financial governance.Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.NOTE: CAN START IMMEDIATELY.#J-18808-Ljbffr
