Job Description

Role: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional ConsultantDepartment: Business TechnologyJob Type: ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Support Consultant with strong functional expertise across all Oracle Fusion Finance modules. The role is responsible for providing end-to-end functional support, day to day issue resolution, system configuration support, and close collaboration with finance users, IT teams to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient system operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules including General Ledger (GL) with Budgeting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Lease Accounting and TaxAct as the primary functional point of contact for finance related system issues and user queriesPerform day-to-day issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution and apply an holistic approach while implementing fixesCollaborate with finance users to understand business issues and translate them into functional solutionsCoordinate with technical teams and Oracle support/vendors for issue resolution and system fixes for bugs and development activities.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure system availability and data accuracyAssist with configuration reviews, setups, and functional validations across finance modulesSupport New Enablements & enhancements.Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for patches, updates, and enhancementsMaintain functional documentation, SOPs, configuration workbook, and issue logs along with repeated issues with RCAs.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimizationExperience5–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Finance CloudProven functional support experience across multiple finance modulesImplementation / Support Experience in Data Centers / Real Estate industry is an added advantage.Preferred UAE Experience with localization knowledge.Functional & Technical SkillsStrong functional knowledge of all Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL & Budgets, AP, AR, FA, CM, Lease Accounting & Tax)Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and period close processesBasic understanding of contracts and revenue billing.Experience with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart ViewBasic understanding of integrations, data flows & EPM (FCCS)Proactiveness in issue resolution.Basic understanding on SQL Queries & Data Model.Strong communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
