This role sits at executive level and plays a key part in shaping business performance, driving financial discipline, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.</p><p>This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including planning, reporting, controls, and commercial support.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support senior leadership with financial insight to guide business decisions and growth strategies</li><li>Contribute to long-term planning and performance improvement initiatives</li><li>Drive the annual budgeting cycle and ongoing forecasting processes</li><li>Analyse financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities</li><li>Deliver clear insights to enhance cost control, margins, and overall business performance</li><li>Ensure delivery of accurate, timely financial information to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisors</li><li>Oversee liquidity planning and ensure efficient use of cash across the business</li><li>Manage working capital cycles, including receivables, payables, and inventory</li><li>Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks</li><li>Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Oversee insurance coverage and broader risk management activities</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance function</li><li>Drive performance management and succession planning initiatives</li><li>Present financial performance and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams</li><li>Build strong relationships across the business and with external partners</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>15+ years experience in senior finance positions managing a team.</li><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is advantageous</li><li>Professional certification e.g CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferred</li><li>The ideal candidate will have experience working for a fast paced multinational or technology organisation.</li><li>Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and commercial finance</li><li>Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
