This role sits at executive level and plays a key part in shaping business performance, driving financial discipline, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, including planning, reporting, controls, and commercial support.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior leadership with financial insight to guide business decisions and growth strategiesContribute to long-term planning and performance improvement initiativesDrive the annual budgeting cycle and ongoing forecasting processesAnalyse financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunitiesDeliver clear insights to enhance cost control, margins, and overall business performanceEnsure delivery of accurate, timely financial information to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory frameworksLead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisorsOversee liquidity planning and ensure efficient use of cash across the businessManage working capital cycles, including receivables, payables, and inventoryStrengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworksIdentify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategiesOversee insurance coverage and broader risk management activitiesLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance functionDrive performance management and succession planning initiativesPresent financial performance and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teamsBuild strong relationships across the business and with external partnersRequirements15+ years experience in senior finance positions managing a team.Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is advantageousProfessional certification e.g CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent preferredThe ideal candidate will have experience working for a fast paced multinational or technology organisation.Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and commercial financeProven leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
