Finance Director

Drayton are thrilled to be partnering with a high growth, international ecommerce business in the appointment of a Finance Director. This role will be critical in shaping financial strategy, building scalable financial operations, and supporting the business through its exciting next phase of growth across multiple markets.In this role, responsibilities will include:Leading the overall financial strategy, planning and management of the business across brands and regionsPartnering closely with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to support growth, expansion and investment decisionsOwning budgeting, forecasting and long term financial planning processesDelivering timely management reporting, financial analysis and commercial insightOverseeing accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax and statutory compliance across international operationsManaging cashflow, treasury, banking relationships and funding arrangementsSupporting ecommerce, operations and commercial teams with financial analysis across pricing, sourcing and inventoryBuilding and leading a high performing finance team across multiple geographiesRequirements for this role include:Fully qualified accountant status such as ACA, ACCA or CIMASignificant senior finance leadership experience within direct to consumer ecommerce businesses.Proven experience operating in high growth or entrepreneurial environmentsStrong technical finance capability across accounting, reporting and financial planningA commercially astute individual with a hands on and pragmatic approachThe ideal profile will:Be a commercially driven finance leader who enjoys operating at both strategic and hands on levelsBe comfortable building structure and scalable processes in a fast paced environmentDemonstrate strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsThrive in dynamic, evolving businesses with pace and ambition#J-18808-Ljbffr
