Finance Director – Employment Outsourcing & BPO ServicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Finance Director with extensive expertise in Employment Outsourcing, BPO, and On-Demand Labour Supply industries. The role will directly support the CEO and COO in business expansion, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and cost accounting while overseeing all financial operations from strategy to execution.This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on financial oversight, ensuring accuracy in accounting, compliance with UAE regulations, and timely reporting to drive performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial LeadershipWork closely with the CEO and COO to develop and execute financial strategies for business growth and scalability.Provide in-depth financial analysis, cost models, and forecasts to support expansion and client acquisition.Deliver detailed MIS reports and insights to the CEO and COO to monitor financial health and operational efficiency.Financial Operations & ControlsOversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.Supervise the preparation of financial statements, monthly/quarterly reports, and budget variance analysis.Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections to ensure healthy cash flow.Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and supplier reconciliations to maintain strong financial discipline.Ensure payroll processing (WPS compliance), expense tracking, and cost allocation are accurate and timely.Implement and monitor cost accounting systems to track project-level profitability and client contract performance.Regulatory & ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws, MOHRE/WPS, VAT, and corporate tax obligations.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities for statutory and financial compliance.Maintain audit-ready records and ensure all transactions are properly documented and transparent.Business PartneringSupport the CEO and COO in client negotiations with pricing structures, profitability scenarios, and financial feasibility models.Partner with HR, Operations, and Business Development to align staffing deployment with cost efficiency.Provide financial due diligence for new business opportunities, contracts, and outsourcing models (client-premise and BPO-managed).Lead the finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all financial operations.Train and guide team members on reporting standards, reconciliations, and client billing processes.Drive ERP system integration to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.Key RequirementsEducation: Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance; or Bachelor’s degree with CMA. or Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent.Experience: 10+ years in finance leadership, with at least 5 years in Employment Outsourcing, BPO, or large-scale Labour Supply operations in the UAE/GCC.Expertise in cash flow management, MIS reporting, cost accounting, and full-cycle financial operations.Strong knowledge of outsourcing financial models, payroll management, and client billing processes.Solid understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and compliance regulations.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Proven ability to work closely with the CEO and COO to support business expansion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
