Job Description Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing Finance data interfaces and ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and monitor Finance data interfaces to Snowflake and downstream systems.
- Proactively monitor production data jobs, identify failures, exceptions, and anomalies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain data integrity, completeness, and accuracy throughout Finance data interfaces.
- Establish and execute runbooks and procedures for data processes.
- Design and implement data quality checks and technical controls.
- Validate, cleanse, and reconcile Finance data regularly.
- Produce operational metrics and dashboards covering job health, failures, SLAs, and data quality.
- Support business users with operational requests and data queries.
- Collaborate with ERP teams and system owners to resolve issues and identify optimization opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in data operations, engineering support, or data management.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Snowflake for querying and issue analysis.
- Experience with enterprise Finance source systems like Oracle, SAP, or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with workload automation tools and data analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production incidents independently in a high-volume environment.
- Understanding of Finance data domains for effective root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
