Finance Assistant Car Showroom

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support the daily financial operations of our automotive retail business. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate record-keeping timely payments and efficient coordination with sales and accounting teams.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Familiarity with invoicing data entry and showroom finance workflows is a plus. If youre eager to grow your career in finance and automotive operations read on.Key ResponsibilitiesCore FunctionsAssist with daily financial transactions including invoice processing payments and receipts.Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.Prepare and reconcile daily sales and cash reports from the showroom.Support the finance manager in monitoring outstanding payments and receivables.Collaboration & CommunicationLiaise with sales and admin teams to ensure correct documentation for vehicle sales.Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding payments and billing issues.Coordinate with the accounts department to support monthly closings.Provide accurate information to internal stakeholders as needed.Performance & ReportingGenerate routine financial reports for showroom performance and revenue tracking.Flag discrepancies in documentation or entries for resolution.Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.Ensure all financial procedures are followed in line with internal controls.Requirements:12 years of finance or administrative experience preferably in a showroom or retail setting.Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks SAP).Proficient in MS Excel and basic data entry.Strong attention to detail and time management.Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field preferred.Must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.Salary & Benefits: Competitive Salary: 3000 AED to 3500 AEDWork Visa sponsorshipMedical insurance30 days of paid annual leaveSupportive team and structured onboardingOpportunities to grow into senior finance rolesWork Arrangement: Type: Full-time on-site positionNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
