Job DescriptionImplement and deploy applications software, providing staff support and training, ensuring regulatory compliance and data security, analyzing data for operational insights, monitoring application performance, safeguarding patient privacy, to support aligning IT solutions with clinical needs and improve healthcare delivery.AccountabilitiesSupport in developing new applications or customizing existing ones to meet the unique needs of the retail industry, for assigned applications.Act as level 2 support for assigned applications with end users making sure any bugs or errors are resolved within agreed SLAs to meet internal customer needs.Analyzing the specific requirements of end users and support in designing solutions that meet their needs and streamline required processes, improve patient care, and enhance operational efficiency.Support in the implementation of new software applications or major updates on assigned applications, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations and compatibility with existing systems.
