Job Description As an Intern at TIAA India, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and a comprehensive understanding of the company and the financial services industry. Throughout the 10-week summer internship program, you will actively participate in various activities such as attending meetings, delivering presentations, exploring business-specific tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance your organizational knowledge. Additionally, you will engage in a robust training and onboarding program, attend speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and cohort engagement activities to further enrich your learning experience. You may have the chance to work in diverse business areas including Technology, Asset Management, Financial Analysis/Accounting, Audit, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources, and Advice and Client Relationships. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Perform clerical duties like taking memos, organizing documents, maintaining files, photocopying, and faxing as required. - Assist in preparing information and research materials, including creating Powerpoint presentations. - Take notes during meetings and provide them to team members. - Conduct research and gather documentation as instructed by colleagues. - Attend company functions, training programs, speaker series, lunch-and-learns, and social networking events to explore career growth opportunities. - Shadow various office roles and receive training in a variety of tasks. - Gain practical experience and a holistic understanding of the company and the financial services industry.
