With a focus on innovation and growth, they are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.Job DescriptionAs a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance department with financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include:Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, to identify trends and insights.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.Variance Analysis: Analyzing variances between actual financial performance and budgeted/forecasted figures, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.Financial Reporting: Generating and presenting financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and providing actionable insights.Cost Analysis: Analyzing product costs, pricing strategies, and profitability to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.Ad-Hoc Analysis: Performing ad-hoc financial analysis and supporting special projects/initiatives as assigned by management.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
