OverviewTo ensure financial statements are of highest quality and accurate and are in full compliance with the International financial reporting standards.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy Planning responsible for gathering and reporting the companys and Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balance Scorecards; subsequently implementing strategy through cascading down the strategic objectivesto Departmental to the Employee addition to this providing financial analysis and recommendations to management on different projects and constructing the Companies Business Plan.QualificationsProfessional accounting qualification ACA ACCA CPA CIMA CIA or equivalentMinimum of 5 years experience preferably in Airline of which at least three years should be in a role with strong emphasis to financial analysis and management accountingA high degree of knowledge on all aspects of the airline operations airline accounting and financial planningPreferably with working knowledge in preparation and presentation of KPI and Balance score cardProficiency in the use of office automation software like Excel Word etc. to help compile/produce management reports and analysis efficientlyExperience in the usage of SAGE/Oracle and ERP systemsCommercial acumen and strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to deal with the business managers.Strong verbal and written Communication skillsStrong planning organizing and integration skillsStrong knowledge in the development and implementation of policies & proceduresRequired ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
