Finance Analyst

OverviewBased in Dubai, this role supports the full life cycle of customer finance transactions across the organisation's growing portfolio. With a strong regional footprint and a focus on sustainable growth, the business drives operational excellence and partners closely with customers to enable long‑term commercial success.DescriptionAnalyse customer profiles, financial statements, and business performance to assess creditworthiness and identify key risksSupport the structuring of customer finance transactions including repayment profiling and affordability analysisLiaise with credit insurers, legal advisors, and finance partners to understand documentation needs, risk coverage, and exposurePrepare amortisation schedules, deal workings, and supporting financial analysis for internal approvalsAssist in the preparation of credit papers and stakeholder submissions during the approval processCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of transaction documentationTrack conditions precedent, outstanding deliverables, and document requirements through to completionManage the submission and registration of documents with legal counsel and relevant regulatory bodiesMaintain accurate transaction status updates and communicate next steps to involved partiesOrganise and store complete transaction documentation in a secure and auditable formatMonitor portfolio performance through regular reporting on receivables, security documentation, insurance coverage, and customer complianceFollow up on overdue payments, missing insurance items, security registrations, and financial reporting requirementsSupport internal finance teams with customer collections when necessaryComplete ad hoc analysis, reporting, and departmental projects as assignedProfileBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related disciplineProfessional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA are preferred, whether fully or partially completedMinimum of 3 years relevant work experienceStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detailHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilitiesStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCollaborative approach with a proactive and willing to learn mindsetCandidates must be based in UAEJob OfferOpportunity to join a well‑established organisation with strong regional market presenceExposure to end‑to‑end transaction cycles across multiple marketsThe chance to contribute to a growing finance function with expanding responsibilitiesSkillsfinancial analysis, credit analysis, pre and post transaction analysis, communicating with customers, reporting, credit worthiness#J-18808-Ljbffr
