Finance Analyst

Build financial analytics, dashboards and automate MIS report using Power BI, Power Query;Prepare monthly Financial Decks presentation for the management using Power Point;Monthly review of balance sheet accounts and clearing of open items;Assist in the finalizing of P&L, Balance Sheet Accounts, Cash Flow on monthly basis;Prepare Daily Fund balance reconciliations;Review and book received invoices in the ERP system business central;Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity;Analyse account, highlight, and/or prepare needed corrections for discrepancies;Support in other accounting and reporting tasks that may be assigned by the management.Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Qualified Accountant (CPA) or ACCA is a must.Skills:5+ years experience in companies in similar positions of responsibilityAnalytical and Presentation skills to be able to well communicate the financial health of the company to stakeholders.Keep a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrate high work standards.Knowledgeable of the commodity trading business and or Dry bulk Shipping or FMCG is desirableStrong research, and numeric skills.Customer Service Oriented.Ability to manage competing priorities and high degree of coordination with peers and supervisor.Strong business understanding with the capacity to learn quickly.Organized with strong initiative and with sense of urgency.Advanced Excel skills (VB programming/ Macros).Power BI user and can understand Power Query.Advanced skills in using PowerPoint.Experience with Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, other major ERPs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
