The Finance Analyst/Associate will have primary day-to-day hands-on responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, financial statement preparation, cash flow, investor relationships, internal corporate compliance and private and institutional financing.Key Responsibilities:Liaising and working closely with external service providers and partners such as external FundLeading the financial audits, liaising and working closely with the External AuditorsAssisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsPreparing and coordinating investor reporting on a regular basisLeading the annual budget preparation and cashflow forecastsPreparing management accounts on a monthly basisTracking and monitoring of Portfolio’s financialsRunning and updating Portfolio’s valuationReviewing, monitor and implement financial policiesKeeping accurate records for all transactionsProcessing invoices, salaries and paymentsTracking all bank deposits and paymentsManaging the firm wide cash flowReconciling bank statements and bank accountsRequirementsQualifications and Requirements:BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a recognized academic institutionProven work experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar role – minimum of 2 years, preferably in one of the Big 4Solid knowledge of financial and accounting proceduresExperience using financial software (Zoho, Xero, Quickbooks)Excellent computer skills and advanced MS Excel skillsKnowledge of financial and tax regulationsExcellent analytical and numerical skillsTeam player, ambitious, self-driven, results oriented and sharp time management skillsStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataFluency in English is a mustCompensation and benefits are competitive, commensurate with experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
