Field Support Engineer - Heavy Equipment

ResponsibilitiesWork with customers to troubleshoot and rectify issues in the assigned territory.Prepare failure information reports.Communicate resolution of field issues to headquarters.Conduct customer visits where necessary.Promote spare parts and service sales solutions.Provide support for machine sales department on product launch events, tender document preparation and other sales support.Act as a technical expert and single point of contact for products in the assigned territory.Collect, consolidate and communicate customer requirements for future product development activities.Process warranty claims in the assigned territory.Provide training.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Vehicle, Material, Electrical).Strong knowledge/experience in mining application and equipment (troubleshooting, repair, maintenance).Strong technical understanding of earth moving, construction & mining equipment.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate others.Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).Arabic (speaking, reading & writing) is an advantage.Ability to organize, prioritize and be flexible to meet deadlines.Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.Computer skills and knowledge in internet-based applications is a must.Ability to travel is an advantage.UAE Driving License is a must.#J-18808-Ljbffr
