We are looking for a dynamic strategy-minded individual contributor within our EMEA Field Strategy & Operations team. This is a key role to formulate and execute a hyper-growth and market expansion strategy across the region, all while establishing best practices and operational excellence in alignment with global standards.About the RoleAre you someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced, and collaborative environment? By incorporating business insight, innovative thinking, and curiosity you will step up to accomplish outstanding results and act with integrity and a passion for customers and your teammates.ResponsibilitiesFormulate and complete the regional growth and expansion strategyDrive the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadenceContinuously evaluate current business performance against growth targets and actively drive remediation and improvement actions with the teamDefine, build, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights & recommendationsIdentify and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize infrastructure/systems/processes for scaleSupport GTM planning process and critical initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and moreCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, recruiting, field enablement/programs, and moreAbout YouBasic qualifications10 years of commercial strategy or financial analysis experience5 years of consulting or SaaS validated experience5 years of partnering with sales leaders to drive revenue growthSuccessful track record at crafting and delivering go-to-market and expansion strategies in the business application software and SaaS industriesAdditional qualifications:Highly evolved analytical attitude with a high degree of emotional intelligence and executive presenceCommanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and experience with modeling and analysisComfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive managementConsultative approach and teamwork skills and partnership mentalityDeep knowledge of the region and its enterprise software market is a plusFluent in English; Arabic preferredOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
