Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah) to join our Technical Service team. This role will mostly be focused on our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio (stretchers, beds, CPR devices, defibrillators, etc.).What You Will DoTo troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customersTo undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followedTo undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reportsTo perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work ordersTo work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visitsTo escape opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.What You Will NeedRequired:Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred.
