Job Code: 290/001/291Industry: Material Handling / Heavy EquipmentJob BriefWe are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for forklifts and heavy equipment across multiple customer locations in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands‑on field experience, and the ability to work independently.Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in forklifts and heavy equipment.Perform on-site maintenance and repair of electric and diesel forklifts.Execute dismantling and servicing of brake assemblies and related components.Carry out preventive maintenance on forklifts, trucks, and other heavy equipment at multiple locations.Conduct inspections to identify potential faults and recommend corrective actions.Maintain service records, job reports, and maintenance documentation.Coordinate with supervisors and service teams for spare parts and technical support.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.Respond promptly to breakdown calls and emergency service requests.Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good condition.Job RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience as a forklift technician, heavy equipment mechanic, or in a similar role.ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.Proven experience in servicing electric and diesel forklifts.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Valid driving license is required.Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for field service work.Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-Ljbffr
