<div><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Provide service-related assistance by way of phone support.</li><li>Attend field breakdowns and repair crane in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain service reports and submit these in a timely manner upon completion of repair.</li><li>Provide feedback on component failure.</li><li>Train distributors in the commissioning of the first new product.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot warranty problems when beyond the scope of the distributor or customer.</li><li>Interact with MCG based personnel on matters pertaining to service materials, product requirements, availability, and code compliance.</li><li>Plans&coordinates activities concerned with investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems by utilizing applicable processes to eliminate future operational or service difficulties.</li><li>Analyses reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and maintenance processes and recommends modifications to eliminate future problems.</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirement</h3><ul><li>High School with 5 years or greater of technical service&support related working experience preferably in the crane industry or heavy equipment industry.</li><li>OEM or dealer experience in heavy equipment/Crane background is advantageous.</li><li>Specialist training in the crane industry or on Manitowoc Cranes is advantageous.</li><li>Trade certificate in either Mechanical or Electrical trades, with a high level of automotive and Canbus electrical diagnostic skills.</li><li>Fault finding and diagnostic skills in Electrical, hydraulic, engine, drive-line, braking and general maintenance and repairs in Heavy equipment or LBCC and Mobile Cranes.</li><li>Ability to read and work with electronic and hydraulic schematics.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
