Field Sales RepresentativeNestlé Saudi Arabia L.L.C – JeddahPosition SummaryThe Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with the Food Services customers focused on out‑of‑home channels (Hotels, Restaurants, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines, and Workplace). This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition and strengthening the weighted basket size through retaining the existing customer base.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry.Organize your own schedule, meet deadlines, and utilize internal information and databases effectively.Continuously review the Foodservice industry to identify key growth areas and improvement opportunities.Engage with the distributor sales team/key accounts to develop new business opportunities.Analyze performance KPIs throughout the year and react accordingly to achieve the year-end target.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.Commercially strong with good analytical skills.Hands‑on experience in a sales function, preferably in a Foodservices environment.Excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion).Ability to build internal and external winning relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
