Field Sales Manager – Beauty & Skincare (UAE Retail Channels)Dubai | Organic Skincare & Clean BeautyLaurus LLC is a UAE distributor of premium European organic skincare and clean beauty brands, expanding across beauty retail and specialty beauty channels in the UAE market.We are seeking a hands-on Field Sales Manager to grow sales, open new accounts, and expand distribution across UAE retail, clinic, and specialty beauty channels.This role operates approximately 70% in the field (client visits, account development, new sales) and 30% in the office (planning, reporting, and team coordination).Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to develop new retail, clinic, and specialty beauty accountsOpen new distribution channels across UAE beauty retail marketsGrow sales with existing and newly acquired customersBuild relationships with retail buyers and decision makersIdentify new market opportunities within UAE beauty and skincare channelsSupport development of e-commerce and GCC wholesale opportunitiesProvide guidance and support to existing sales team membersRequirementsMinimum 5–8 years UAE field sales experienceExperience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or premium retail brands strongly preferredExisting relationships within UAE beauty retail or specialty store channels is an advantageProven ability to open new accounts and grow salesStrong field sales mindset with daily market engagementFluency in English required (Arabic is an advantage)Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle requiredComfortable working a 6-day schedule aligned with UAE retail environmentsCompensation & GrowthFixed salary plus strong performance-based commissionOpportunity to grow into senior commercial leadership as Laurus expands across the GCCCandidates currently between roles or available for immediate joining are welcome to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
