Field Project Engineer-Iraq On SiteJob PurposeThe Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projects for the BPROOEPCM project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.Job ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the project from initiation to completion including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance as needed.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications & Technical SkillsEngineering degree in a related field.7 years of experience in EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projects.Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross‑functional teams.About Company: KBR is a global provider of differentiated professional services and technologies across the asset and program life cycle within the Government Services and Hydrocarbons sectors.
