KBR employs approximately 34000 people worldwide (including our joint ventures) with customers in more than 80 countries and operations in 40 countries.Job Purpose: The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projects for the BPROOEPCM project in Abudhabi UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet all quality and safety standards.Job Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the project from initiation to completion including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams subcontractors and clients to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or delays.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance as needed.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications & Technical Skills:Engineering degree in a related field7 years of experience in EPCM FEED design onshore and brownfield projectsStrong knowledge of project management principles and practicesProficiency in project management software and toolsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with clients stakeholders and team members.Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams.
