Field Operator (Pressing Machine)Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing Company to hire a Field Operator (Pressing Machine). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the startup operation and troubleshooting of fat pressing machines under controlled conditions. This role demands strict adherence to process safety and quality standards while ensuring a clean and efficient production environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate complex equipment used for fat pressing.Start machines or equipment to initiate the process.Conduct regular machine condition checks.Perform preventive maintenance in line with standard PM checklists.Prepare materials and assemble equipment before initiating production.Monitor equipment and production performance; adjust parameters as per standard procedures.Observe machine operation and promptly report malfunctions.Remove finished products and waste material from machines.Report any process non conformance food safety or quality issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.Assist production supervisors in meeting daily production schedules.Fill out and interpret control charts.Maintain productivity charts and system logs.Manage material ordering and inventory for production.Prevent product loss and reduce process waste.Minimize s and rework generation and maintain related records.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.At least 3 years in an Operator/Technician role within a multinational company.Education: Diploma or High School Certificate.Basic English proficiency is required.BenefitsSalary plus benefits.Career advancement opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing company.A supportive and structured work environment with international exposure.Professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and career growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
