Field Operator (ASU and Cryogenic)

Technician degree in Production, Maintenance or other equivalent Technical DepartmentsProven experience as an operator in a production environmentMinimum 2+ years' experience in Air Separation Unit and Cryogenic experience.Responsible for performing all tasks assigned in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the established operating procedures and written and oral instructions from Shift Leader, production supervisor and adjust operating valves and parameters to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and on time.Perform routine operations such as filter or pump switchover in coordination with shift leader, support equipment start-up with field chick list review and safe shutdown checks, metering stations in onsite plants, including filling IM tankers and ensuring e-PTW are in place for field activities.Patrol work area, listen for warning signals to identify potential malfunctions, and take necessary corrective and preventive actions. Report to the control room. maintenance group any anomaly at site timely.Report any abnormal operation situations to supervisory personnel and operation management representative on site.Monitor and adjust process parameters in coordination with shift leaders to maintain operation safety, product quality, reliability, taking corrective actions in response to warning signals.Ensure proper facility field support along with check list review for start-up and shutdown,adhere to plant-specific qualifications, process ensuring training are undergone, and prioritise plant security and safety.Secure and isolate equipment during scheduled on-line maintenance in coordination with instrumentation and electrical maintenance technicians along with e-PTW in place. Ensure the maintenance technicians are accompanied during tasks in the field.Secure the plant or control room during emergencies and operate back-up systems.Train and mentor new workers, providing necessary safety training and technical instructions.Provide initial instructions to visitors and plant personnel during emergencies or site visits and accompany them during field rounds.Identify emergency situations, report security and safety issues, and ensure strict adherence to HSEQ instructions by all workers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
