Field Collections Officer- Loans

Job Description JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a proactive Collections Officer to support loan recovery operations. The role involves managing overdue accounts, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong customer relationships. KEY REQUIREMENTS Manage and monitor overdue accounts to ensure timely recovery of EMis and outstanding dues. Follow up with customers through calls, visits, and digital channels to achieve collection targets. Handle customer queries, resolve payment-related issues, and escalate complex cases when required. Conduct daily field visits for high-risk or non-contactable accounts (own2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler preferred for local mobility). Maintain accurate collection records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
