This role includes acquiring high-quality new fitness, wellness, and experiential partners with focus on gyms, spa and pool access at resorts and hotels and (private) beach access operators, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing partners. Through a combination of market expertise, strong local relationships, and strategic sales and account management, the team ensures we deliver exceptional value to our members and long-term commercial success for our partners.JOB SUMMARYThe Field Account Executive is responsible for acquiring high-value net new gyms, spa and pool access at resorts and hotels and beach access operators for the ClassPass platform within their assigned market and broader region. They are embedded within their markets, building strong relationships across the luxury hospitality sector, and are the first to identify premium properties, newly opened resorts, high-end beach clubs, and renovated hotel wellness facilities with strong brand positioning and service standards. This role requires comfort engaging senior, on-property and regional stakeholders, understanding hotel commercial structures, and positioning ClassPass as a strategic incremental revenue and exposure channel.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS+2 years of sales experience within luxury hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, beach clubs, or premium leisure operators strongly preferredExperience engaging hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Spa Directors, or Wellness Managers is a strong plusProven sales record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRsFamiliarity with and/or professional connections within the local fitness, wellness or other applicable industry in your region are a plusProficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft and Microsoft SuiteBased in Dubai, with travel across the broader GCC region.Fluency in English; additional languages, i.e. Arabic are a plusStrong alignment with Playlist core values and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentEstablished relationships within the local luxury hospitality and resort community are highly desirablePRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEngage directly with luxury hotel and resort partners, including decision-makers at both property and group level, to grow the regional book of businessConsistently hit or exceed monthly quotas based on new premium hotel amenities (gyms, spas, resort pools, beach clubs, and private beach access facilities) added to the ClassPass networkLead with a field-first mindset, prioritising in-person outreach through property visits, site inspections, meetings, and high-end hospitality networking eventsConfidently articulate the commercial value proposition, positioning ClassPass as a curated, brand-aligned distribution and incremental revenue channel for luxury operatorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.Prepare and deliver polished, data-driven pitch decks and executive-level readouts tailored to premium hospitality audiences.WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSTo build strong local relationships and stay closely connected to the market, this role requires the employee to reside within the designated region they are supporting.Regular travel will be required to attend in-person partner meetings, property visits, site inspections, and hospitality industry events that support regional growth.Travel is anticipated to 30–50% of the time.Exceptions to location may be made in-line with global hiring policies, if team members are located in one of our global hiring hubs outside the region.
