The company currently employs a workforce of approximately 4,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 10,000 worldwide.Why This Role MattersResponsible for ensuring the reliable operation, safety, and efficiency of facility systems through proactive preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs. Experienced in maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, diagnosing faults, and coordinating with specialized contractors when required. Committed to compliance with safety standards and accurate maintenance documentation. Supports daily facility operations, monitors building systems for optimal performance, and delivers professional, responsive service to clients and stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.What You’ll DrivePreventive & Corrective MaintenancePerform routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Technical SupportDiagnose faults and carry out repairs or escalated to specialized contractors when necessary.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work complies with relevant safety standards, codes, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks.Facility OperationsSupport day‑to‑day operations of the facility, including lighting, water supply, and waste management.Monitor building automation systems and energy usage to optimize performance.Customer ServiceInteract professionally with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.Provide timely updates and feedback on maintenance issues and resolutions.QualificationsYou’re a Great Fit If You HaveDiploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.Good communication and teamwork skills.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role.Experience in school or educational facility environments is a plus.Why You’ll Enjoy Working with UsExciting ProjectsCareer GrowthDiverse TeamCompetitive BenefitsPositive Workplace CultureAdditional InformationSix Construct is guided by our core values of respect, excellence, co‑creation, passion, and unity.
