Why This Role MattersResponsible for ensuring the reliable operation safety and efficiency of facility systems through proactive preventive maintenance and timely corrective repairs. Experienced in maintaining HVAC electrical plumbing and mechanical systems diagnosing faults and coordinating with specialized contractors when required. Committed to compliance with safety standards and accurate maintenance documentation.
