Female Accountant JDJob Title: Female Accountant JDLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: Minimum 4 years of real-time accounting experience in Dubai.Gender: FemaleRoles & Responsibilities:Maintain and supervise financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Managing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including consolidated reports.Oversee all statutory compliances, including Direct & Indirect Tax, Company Law, and Labor Law regulations.Prepare and file tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.Ensure timely and accurate finalization of corporate balance sheets and financial statements.Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Developing and implementing robust financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracyentan and presenting detailed reports for executive leadership and board members.Monitor and manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.Assist in budget preparationDriving strategic initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes through automation and innovative solutions.Providing mentorship and leadership to junior accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and operational excellence.Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial strategies.Staying informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying updates to internal processes and documentation.The ideal candidate will maintain and supervise accounts, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and prepare financial statements.The role requires expertise in Direct & Indirect Tax, Company Law, and Labor Law compliances, along with experience in the finalization of corporate balance sheets and return filings.The candidate should also possess strong initiative skills and proficiency in MIS reporting.Send your resume to: info@vrstech.com or fill out the job application form below to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
