They are currently seeking a Feasibility Manager to join their team in Doha.RESPONSIBILITIESPreparing detailed, high-quality research, financial analysis, and other analytical work for senior staff, recommending sound portfolio investment decisions that seek good returns and minimising the risk of lossesDistilling economic, legal, political, market, and other analytical factors into summaries to quantify the impact that those may have on the project risk/rewards for each projectConducting property-level financial analysis including equity/debt modelling, structured return modelling, return/risk analysis, and pro-forma cashflow analysesPreparing presentation materials and reports for the Director, Portfolio Management Investments, and Head of Portfolio Management InvestmentsDeveloping consistent standardised methodologies that provide a streamlined way of reporting to management, in line with the company’s core processesPROFILEBachelor’s degree in Investment Management or Business-related subject, preferably with an MBA or CFA chartership10 years’ experience in an analytical role, with a strong focus on valuation, investment, and financePrevious experience within a blue-chip real estate valuation company, developer, or investment advisory team with actionable investment experience in an international environment would be preferred, or non-real estate experience working for an advisory firm will also be consideredGood knowledge of Qatari culture, with a strong background of working in the countryExcellent communication skills in spoken and written EnglishDue to our client’s ongoing commitment to Qatarization, our client’s first preference is to interview Qatari nationals for this opportunity.APPLICATION PROCESSIf you fulfil the minimum requirements stipulated by our client and are confidentially interested in applying, then please drop Linum Consult a line with a copy of your CV and contact details to middle.east@linumconsult.com for the attention of Francis Ryan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
