FCC Solutions Consultant

About the RoleAs a Solutions Consultant, you will act as the go‑to technical and functional expert throughout the sales lifecycle. Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Professional Services, and Marketing, you will help translate customer needs into compelling, value‑driven solutions. You will support prospective and existing customers through product demonstrations, discovery sessions, proof‑of‑concepts, and formal RFP/RFI responses—positioning LexisNexis Risk Solutions as a strategic partner and innovation leader. Although based in Dubai, this role provides EMEA‑wide coverage and will require travel within the region.ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations, remotely and in personManage RFPs, RFIs, and remote Proof of Concept (POC) engagementsTrain and enable Sales teams on solutions and effective demonstrationsCoordinate handover of requirements between Sales and Professional ServicesAssist with opportunity scoping to support accurate solution design and pricingMonitor and share competitive and market insights internallyMaintain up‑to‑date product content and sales enablement materialsCollaborate with Marketing to develop and update sales collateral: slide decks, proposals, websites, PPTs etc.Support regional events and conferences with demonstrations and solution expertiseConduct customer win/loss reviews and contribute to thought leadership contentTravel up to 30% to support regional field sales initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExperience in a pre‑sales, professional services, or sales support role, with a strong understanding of the full sales lifecycleBackground in a technology and/or data‑driven organization, with experience supporting solution implementationProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business‑focused termsSelf‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong initiativeFluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferredExperience in the payments, fraud, or compliance industry is an advantageBenefitsWe know that your well‑being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
