The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with knowledge of program management, demonstrate strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, be experienced in large‑scale change management across functions and geographies and exhibit a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem‑solving skills, influencing without authority, strong ability to prioritize and a passion for customer experience.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLearn to analyze operational data and identify basic trends to support business decisionsAssist in tracking and monitoring key performance metrics to help identify areas for improvementSupport data collection and basic reporting using Excel; develop skills in SQL and other data management tools over timeHelp identify and escalat(e) operational issues to appropriate teams and track resolution progressParticipate in communications with internal teams (Fulfillment Centers Regional PMs) and external partners (Carriers, Sellers) under guidanceHelp maintain and update internal documentation and training materialsLearn Amazon’s operations processes and systems while supporting daily operational activitiesQualificationsBasic knowledge of SQLProficient in Microsoft Excel including: basic formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectivelyBasic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metricsGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldPrevious experience in operations, logistics or data analysisPrevious experience with SQL or database management systemsKnowledge of process improvement methodologiesExperience in documentation or technical writingDemonstrated project management skills through academic or extracurricular activitiesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
