Lead the family medicine/PHC team, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. Implement best practices, collaborate with other medical professionals, oversee training and development, and drive research initiatives to ensure top-quality primary care services.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides high-quality Family Medicine care to patients in this area of medicine.Provide consultative service as requested.Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.Performs special procedures as privileged.Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducationGraduate from a medical school of good standing.Completion of required period of training in Family MedicineSaudi Arab or American /European Board Certification or equivalent.Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and fulfilling the criteria for the consultant as requiredA certificate recognized by the Saudi commission is a must.Dataflow is a must.Professional ExperienceMin. 3-4 years Post Board/Fellowship in Family Medicine.A registered member of the Saudi Board CouncilLanguageProficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.ReferencesPositive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.#J-18808-Ljbffr
