This position is central to maintaining an organized, efficient, and well‑functioning workplace across all departments. The Helper will provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support, enabling team members to focus on their primary responsibilities. Duties include managing office supplies, coordinating deliveries, preparing for meetings and events, and ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly reliable, and committed to fostering a collaborative and productive workplace culture.Responsibilities:Perform general office maintenance, including cleaning, organizing workspaces, and restocking suppliesHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and promptnessAssist in preparing for events and meetings, including setting up equipment, arranging seating, and providing refreshmentsCoordinate the pickup and delivery of documents, equipment, and materials between departments or locationsMonitor office supply inventory and initiate reordering requests as neededProvide on‑demand administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entrySupport new employee onboarding by preparing workspaces and assembling required materialsRespond quickly to internal requests and complete tasks in a timely, efficient mannerFollow all safety protocols and company policies in daily operationsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous1+ years of experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or office settingStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyProficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet useExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous attitudeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentReliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspaceWillingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periodsFlexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and diverse operational demands#J-18808-Ljbffr
