Factory Engineer

Position SummaryProvide professional engineering and technical leadership in the Factory, ensuring people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised, and that all engineering activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation and performance.Position SnapshotPosition Title: Factory EngineerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: MaintenanceReports To: Factory ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey OutputsM&I Plan for the maintenance operations costs and analyze historical data and forecast close future inputs to get accurate figures for expenses, to guide the maintenance team on a timely basis, linked to the DF.Build Engineering Capability: Ensure alignment of engineering resources with business objectives and strategies, cover competency gaps, and enable clear and open communication with other functions.Technical Store: Ensure availability of the right items with right quality and quantities for spare parts, link spare parts to assets to define reorder level, to control working capital cost and score engineering KPIs.Support and ensure the implementation of Asset Maintenance and TPM-PM to deliver Asset Intensity/EUPS to meet business requirements. Ensure maintenance expense control by budgeting and routinely reviewing expenditure.Manage existing assets (Asset Structure).Monitor and manage capital expenditure. Implement Project Foundations throughout the preparation and execution of all capital and industrialization projects.Required ExperienceWhat experiences are key to success in this job?Hold a BSc degree in Engineering.Experience in a technical field (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions) for 5+ years.Participation in a Factory Engineering College and TPM-PM Basic workshop.Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group.Proven track record in delivering results through others.Management exposure across several functions.Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions.Leading / implementing change.Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques. Implementation experience of NCE/TPM and/or LEAN.Participation in the development of engineering projects >3 MSAR as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies, and both, the mechanical and E&A areas).Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) (preferably including industrial services supply).Self-management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them.What We Offer At NestléWhen you join Nestlé Waters, you become part of a team committed to excellence, integrity, and customer trust.
