Facility operator

The Facility Operator HVAC is responsible for the daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and PACU units.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.Identify and report equipment malfunctions.Maintain operational logs and records.Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under supervision.Comply with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.Qualifications & ExperienceITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.Basic understanding of PACU, VRF, and control systems.Good communication skills in English (spoken & written).
