Job Description

As a Facilities Manager at JASARA PMC, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for all employees and visitors. This role demands strategic planning, leadership, and hands‑on management to optimize performance across maintenance, operations, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for developing and implementing facility management strategies that align with our overall organizational goals.The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in facilities management, a solid understanding of building systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be tasked with developing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will foster a productive workplace where our teams can thrive.ResponsibilitiesOversee facility operations and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of safety and functionalityDevelop and implement facility management plans, policies, and proceduresManage maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and improvementsLead and supervise facility staff and contractorsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsMonitor and manage facility budgets, optimizing resource allocationConduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and potential improvementsCoordinate with various departments to ensure effective facility operationsProvide regular reporting on facility performance and maintenance activitiesTrain employees on facility protocols and standardsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a similar roleStrong understanding of building systems and maintenance practicesDemonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocationKnowledge of health and safety regulations and complianceExcellent leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProficient in facility management software and computer applicationsAbility to work collaboratively across various teams and departmentsCertification in Facilities Management (e.g. CFM, FMP) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
