Job Description

<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Facility Management services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.</p><p><b><u>Job Type</u></b>: Full-Time</p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p>•Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facility Management sector</p><p>•Generate leads through networking, calling, and client meetings</p><p>•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders</p><p>•Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets</p><p>•Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth service delivery</p><p>•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitors</p><p><b><u>Requirements:<br class="Apple-interchange-newline"></u></b></p><p>•Preferably under own visa.</p><p>•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field</p><p>•2 years of experience in Facility Management or related industry sales</p><p>•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</p><p>•UAE driving license is preferred</p><p>•Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets</p><p><b><u>Preferred Skills:</u></b></p><p>•Strong client network within UAE market</p><p>•Proven track record of achieving sales targets</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
