This role ensures operational excellence, service quality, sustainability, and profitability. The director leads digital and operational transformation initiatives, manages large multi-site operations, and aligns all activities with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.Job RelationsInternal – Shared Service / Finance / Logistics / All departmentsExternal – Stakeholders / Suppliers / Governmental Sector.Reporting toGroup CEOMale/FemaleEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsBusiness DevelopmentMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organization-wide facility management strategy (hard & soft services).Drive innovative operational models that enhance growth and sustainability.Lead market expansion and new project initiatives across Saudi Arabia.Oversee all facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, security, cleaning, and hospitality services.Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics (KPIs).Optimize operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.Manage large-scale contracts with government and private sector clients.Lead mobilization and operational readiness for new projects.Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal financial and operational outcomes.Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets.Drive profitability and improve operational margins (EBITDA).Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives.Lead digital transformation initiatives (CAFM, IoT, AI for predictive maintenance).Introduce innovative solutions for smart buildings and sustainability.Benchmark global best practices in facility management.Lead, mentor, and develop senior and mid-level facility managers.Foster a high-performance, safety-focused, and customer-centric culture.Define organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities for all FM teams.Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, industry standards, and environmental laws.Drive sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency, and waste reduction programs.Promote health, safety, and security protocols across all facilities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory.Master’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferrable.Professional certifications (IFMA, CFM, FMP) are highly desirable.Minimum 10-15 years of senior experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.Proven experience managing both hard and soft services across multiple facilities, preferably aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.Strong track record in strategic planning, financial management, and digital transformation in FM.Strategic vision and executive decision-makingStrong leadership and team development skillsExpertise in large-scale operations and contract managementAdvanced financial and budgeting skillsDigital literacy in CAFM, IoT, and smart building technologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
