Facility Coordinator – Engineer

<div><p>The Facility Coordinator – Engineer manages technical facility operations by coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, reviewing inspection results, and following up on contractor works. The role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life safety systems, supporting operational continuity and minimizing downtime.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure timely completion and reduce downtime.</li><li>Review inspection results and follow up on corrective actions to maintain safety and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate technical works with contractors and service providers for quality execution.</li><li>Support testing, commissioning, and handover of new or upgraded systems.</li><li>Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance records, and asset registers.</li><li>Monitor compliance with facility safety, environmental, and technical standards.</li><li>Assist with workspace setup, minor facility improvements, and technical modifications.</li><li>Provide technical coordination and reporting support to the Facility Head.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications&Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering.</li><li>2–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or engineering coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and life safety systems.</li><li>Ability to review technical inspection reports and coordinate corrective actions.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.</li><li>Effective contractor management and communication abilities.</li><li>Certifications in Facility Management, Safety Compliance, or Project Management are a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
