Facilities technician

<div><p>We are looking for a<b>Facilities Technician - HVAC&Refrigeration</b>to join our maintenance team. The role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing all HVAC, refrigeration systems, refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms to ensure efficient and continuous operation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems (split units, central AC, and standalone units).</li><li>Maintain and service refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.</li><li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Recharge refrigerant gases and fix leaks.</li><li>Follow safety procedures and document maintenance activities.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC / Refrigeration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC and refrigeration.</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigerant gases.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and respond to breakdowns.</li><li>Teamwork mindset with strong work discipline.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
