Facilities Tech Expert, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Facilities Tech Expert to support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology used in learning environments across the UAE. This role is focused on ensuring that all classroom and virtual learning technology runs reliably before and during program delivery.You will work closely with learning operations teams to prepare rooms, test systems, and provide real-time support to facilitators and learners. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is comfortable working with AV systems, troubleshooting issues under pressure, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.What You’ll OwnLearning Environment Technology SupportSet up and configure classroom technology including AV systems and collaboration toolsPrepare rooms for different learning formats including in-person, virtual, and hybrid deliveryMaintain equipment inventories and ensure all systems are ready for useTesting & ReadinessTest audio, video, connectivity, and collaboration tools prior to sessionsEnsure all systems are functioning correctly before program startIdentify and resolve potential issues in advanceReal‑Time Technical SupportProvide on-site technical support during training sessionsTroubleshoot issues quickly and effectively with minimal disruptionSupport facilitators and participants with technical needsMaintenance & Issue TrackingPerform regular checks and preventive maintenance on equipmentDocument technical issues and resolutionsCoordinate with IT teams for more complex technical problemsLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with primary placement at a training center in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and travel to additional sites as needed. Onsite presence is required during program delivery.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in AV technology, classroom technology support, or similar rolesStrong working knowledge of AV systems, videoconferencing tools, and collaboration platformsHands‑on troubleshooting experience in live environmentsExperience supporting virtual or hybrid learning setupsAbility to stay calm and effective under pressureClear communication skills when supporting non-technical usersWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou are practical, reliable, and quick to respond.
