We don’t think about job roles in a traditional way. We are anti-silo. Anti-career stagnation. Anti-conventional.Beyond ONE is a digital services provider radically reshaping the personalised digital ecosystems of consumers in high growth markets around the world. We’re building a digital services aggregator platform, with a strong telco foundation, and a profitable growth strategy that empowers users to drive their own experience—subscribe once, source from many, and only pay for what you actually use.Since being founded in 2021, we’ve acquired Virgin Mobile MEA, Friendi Mobile MEA and Virgin Mobile LATAM (with 6.5 million subscribers) and 1600 dedicated colleagues across Chile, Colombia, KSA, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Pakistan and UAE.To disrupt for good takes a rebellious spirit, a questioning mind and a warm heart. We really care about how to get things done and not who manages who. We benefit from our diversity, and together, we disrupt the way we and others thinking about our lives for good.Do you want to exchange ideas, learn from each other and leave your mark on our journey? This is the place for you.Role PurposeAs our Facilities Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of our UAE headquarters while extending support to offices across our global footprint. From keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly to supporting contracts, coordinating office setup projects, and helping us build scalable procurement practices — you'll have real ownership from day one.Why this role mattersIn your first year, you will keep the engine running at HQ — ensuring maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and vendor responsiveness operate without a hitch. You'll help build preventative maintenance rhythms so issues are caught before they become problems, and you'll make sure every employee walks into a safe, well‑equipped, and inspiring workplace.Beyond the day-to-day, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting vendor contracts and procurement processes, coordinating with global offices on facilities needs, and contributing to office setup and move projects. You'll grow into a role that touches strategy as much as execution. Why this is for youYou're proactive by nature — you spot what needs doing before being asked, and you follow through. You're comfortable using technology to stay organised and solve problems, and you're energised by variety: no two days look the same. This is a role for someone early in their facilities or operations career who's hungry to grow fast, take ownership, and make a tangible difference across a global business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day facilities operations for the UAE office, including maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities, and office equipment.Act as a coordination point for facility‑related needs across global offices, supporting remote troubleshooting and on‑site project delivery where needed.Support vendor and supplier management, helping to track performance, manage relationships, and ensure service quality across locations.Assist in the administration and tracking of vendor contracts and service‑level agreements (SLAs), flagging risks and supporting renewals.Support procurement processes — from raising purchase requests and gathering quotes to coordinating approvals and tracking delivery.Contribute to office setup, fit‑out, and move projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external contractors.Help implement preventative maintenance schedules and support emergency response procedures.Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations, and support the rollout of best practices across regional offices.Work closely with People, IT, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to enhance the workplace experience and meet operational needs.Use technology tools effectively to manage tasks, track requests, and keep stakeholders informed.Qualifications & AttributesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2‑4 years of experience in facilities, operations, office management, or a related support function. Exposure to multi‑site or regional environments is a plus.Technical Skills – Must‑haves: Working knowledge of UAE regulations related to building management, health, and safety; experience supporting vendor or supplier relationships; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Nice‑to‑haves: Familiarity with procurement or contract administration processes; experience with facilities management tools or workplace and self‑starting — you don't wait to be told when something needs attention.Tech‑savvy and organised, with a natural inclination to use tools and systems to stay on top of things.A clear communicator who can work with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders across functions and geographies. Our Hiring ProcessRecruiter Chat: A conversation to understand your background, ambitions, and expectations.H
