Facilities Services Officer

To support the management and operation of facility services by overseeing building maintenance, coordinating technical works, and ensuring that facilities are maintained in safe, efficient, and compliant conditions. The role supports the planning and execution of facility-related projects, supervises contractors and service providers, and ensures adherence to engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements Job Description & Responsibilities Oversee facility maintenance activities including building infrastructure, civil works, and technical servic es.Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance and facility-related wor ks.Review technical drawings, specifications, and work plans related to facility improvements or construction wor ks.Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standar ds.Supervise civil and structural works related to facility upgrades, repairs, or modificatio ns.Ensure that facility services and maintenance activities comply with safety standards, engineering regulations, and company polici es.Identify and resolve technical issues related to building infrastructure and facility syste ms.Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines and service level agreemen ts.Prepare technical reports, maintenance reports, and progress updates for management revi ew.Support planning and execution of facility improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and safe ty.Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and reporting of facility maintenance activiti es.Contribute to continuous improvement of facility services processes and operational efficien Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discip line.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or construction supervi sion.Experience working on building infrastructure, civil works, and facility services operat ions.Proven experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and service provi ders.Experience in supervising maintenance works, facility upgrades, and minor construction proj ects.Familiarity with project planning, maintenance scheduling, and facility operations manage ment.Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is prefe rred.Strong knowledge of building systems, civil works, and structural mainten ance.Good understanding of construction standards, engineering regulations, and safety requirem ents.Ability to supervise contractors and manage multiple facility-related activi ties.Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination sk ills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools
