Facilities Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of building operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including hard and soft services.</li><li>Coordinate and supervise service providers and contractors.</li><li>Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.</li><li>Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.</li><li>Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager in UAE</li><li>Proven track record managing service providers.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE facilities management regulations and standards.</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
